We know services firms. Lever learns yours.

Every services firm has to answer the same questions. Each answers them its own way. Context Builder works out how yours does, from your data, your documents, your sessions with us and interviews with your people. As the firm changes, the definitions change with it.

Will we hit our Q1 revenue target?

Q1 is tracking at 92% of target. Most of the gap is two deals whose close dates moved into April. Moving the Northwind kickoff forward two weeks would recover about half of it without new hiring.

Ask the questions that drive your business

What decisions will most impact EBITDA this quarter?

Utilization first. January drops to 41%, so pulling two signed projects forward is worth more than any pricing change. After that, fix the burn on Booking System Replatform, now at 142% of budget.

Will we hit our revenue target this quarter?

Not yet. Q1 is at $2.03M against a $2.47M target, or 82%. If every open deal lands on time you'd reach $2.79M, so the gap comes down to close dates.

Can we take on this new deal without impacting delivery?

Yes, if it starts in February. Engineering and Creative are full through December, and January opens up. A December start would pull two leads off Booking System Replatform.

How far ahead should we be hiring?

About four months for Creative. Demand passes capacity in March if the weighted pipeline holds, and your last three hires took around ten weeks to start.

Can we afford to discount this project?

A 10% discount takes it from 38% to 31% margin, under your 35% floor. You could give 6% and stay above it, or take the 10% and trim the scope.

What happens if our pipeline close dates slip?

A one-month slip moves about $320K out of Q1, and January falls further behind target. Brand Rollout Phase 2 is the biggest exposure at $787K, and it's still in Qualification.

Where is margin eroding?

Two projects account for most of it. Newsletter Audit is at 51%, under your 55% target, and Booking System Replatform has burned 142% of budget.

Are we staffed appropriately for upcoming work?

Not evenly. Engineering is over capacity through December, while Creative has open hours from January. Moving two people for six weeks would cover most of it.

What assumptions are driving our forecast?

Three carry most of it: trailing twelve-month win rates, close dates as entered in your CRM, and a 40-hour week. Internal Sales also drives 93% of the weighted pipeline.

One client identified enough additional delivery capacity to support approximately $1.8 million in incremental annual revenue, without adding headcount.
