Obsessed with helping leaders drive growth.

We are advisors, operators, and builders.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is simple: To transform operations from a constraint into a catalyst for growth.

We help leaders operate with confidence, strengthen performance, and build firms that scale smarter and thrive.

The Challenge

Professional services firms, from agencies and consultancies to IT implementation partners, often run the business on disconnected systems and data. Pipeline management, resource planning, forecasting, and performance tracking live in separate tools and spreadsheets, creating silos, inefficiencies, and blind spots.

The result: an incomplete view of performance and decisions made too late or on the wrong data.

Our Approach

At Form & Function, we strengthen what we call the Operational Backbone - the systems and processes that shape how firms win work, deliver projects, manage resources, and measure results.

We combine strategic advisory, hands-on implementation, and our AI-Powered Executive Companion to help firms build connected, intelligent, and predictive operations. Our approach unifies systems and data to give leaders on-demand insights into performance and powerful scenario-planning capabilities.

We believe operational clarity is one of the greatest levers for growth. With decades of experience building and scaling services organizations, we know how to turn visibility, discipline, and insight into measurable results.

“We understand the pressures modern services firms face - we bring hands-on experience to help leaders move forward with confidence.”

“Form Follows Function”

The phrase “form follows function” was coined by architect Louis Sullivan, meaning design should always serve purpose. At Form + Function Consulting, we apply this principle to business: solutions must drive outcomes, not just look good on paper.
